The ever-expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe has now grown beyond cinema. In early 2021, Marvel Studios began their conquest of the small screen where they started off with projects likeWandaVisionandThe Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Both the shows were massively hit on Disney+.

With Loki season 1’s run having ended on Disney+, Marvel stans are beginning to turn their focus to the studio’s forthcoming TV shows. Currently, Marvel Studios has 13+ MCU TV shows under production that will release after Loki. Here’s everything that we are set to experience in the coming two years:
1What If…?– Jun 28, 2025
Voiced by every original MCU actor,What if…is an upcoming animated series that will explore immeasurable possibilities. Every episode of the series will stem from a what-if question: What if Killmonger showed up in Afghanistan and saved Tony Stark? What if Peggy Carter took the serum and became Captain America — or rather Captain Carter? What if Yondu took T’Challa as a kid, not Peter Quill? What if the Avengers turned into zombies?
2Hawkeye– Late 2021
The series is set after the events ofAvengers: Endgamewhich will have Jeremy Renner reprising his role of Clint Barton. But that isn’t all, he will be joined by a new version of an Avenger called Kate Bishop, who will presumably take over his mantle. The role will be played by Oscar-nominee Hailee Steinfeld who will be Clint’s partner and protégé.
3Ms. Marvel – Late 2021
Ms. Marvel will revolve around the life of a young superhero named Kamala Khan. This will be Marvel’s first superhero project that will feature a Muslim hero as the lead. The role is being played by Canadian actor Iman Vellani.Expectedto debut on Disney+ onMay 11, 2021,the show is about a teenager who obtains the power of shape-shifting.
4Moon Knight – Early 2022
Starring Oscar Isaac as the titular hero and Ethan Hawke as the villain,Moon Knightwill explore the many alter egos of Marc Spector, which he uses to gather information throughout the world without being noticed. Each of Marc’s identities represents a different character, which will be super exciting to see getting explored in TV series.
5She-Hulk – Mid-2022
Starring Tatiana Maslany as the titular hero,She-Hulkwill be the second green giant in the MCU. Just like the comics, She-Hulk will be playing the role of Bruce Banner’s lawyer cousin. What sets this series apart from other MCU TV projects is that, unlike any other project,She-Hulkwould be a comedy-drama. The series is also expected to feature Ruffalo’s Hulk and Tim Roth’s Abomination
6Secret Invasion – 2022
Secret Invasion is solely based on the intrusions made by the Skrulls on planet Earth. They have previously been seen in several MCU projects likeCaptain MarvelandSpider-Man: Far From Home.A brief appearance was also made at the end ofWandaVision. The Skrulls usually carry out their missions disguised as humans. Reprising their roles in the series would be Samuel L. Jackson and Ben Mendelsohn.
7The Guardians Of The Galaxy Holiday Special – Holiday 2022
Spotted last in the final minutes ofAvengers: Endgame,The Guardians Of The Galaxy will get their own TV show next year that will bridge the gap betweenThor 4andGuardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.James Gunn will be returning to direct this holiday special and we are really excited for the possibility of seeing our favorite space-fighting group for the first time sinceAvengers: Endgame.
8I Am Groot
You read it right, your favorite Guardian will also get his own TV Show. The details of this project are very much under the wraps and we are uncertain about the characters that we could see besides Groot. However, given how close they remain to each other, Rocket Raccoon could be a part of the series.
9Ironheart
Marvel will be passing down a lot many mantles to different new superheroes in Phase 4. Yelena Belova took over as Black Widow, Sam Wilson is our new Captain America, Kate Bishop will be the next Hawkeye, and there’s Jennifer Walters as She-Hulk. But hey what about Iron Man? Ironheart is the story of a young MIT student, Riri Williams who designs an armored suit similar to Iron Man’s. She later meets Tony Stark and becomes Ironheart. Six episodes have been planned for the first season.
10Armor Wars
Don Cheadle’s War Machine has a lot to do after Tony’s demise. In his solo series,Armor Wars,we learn about those companies that try to steal Iron Man’s tech replicate it for mischievous uses. Don Cheadle had a less than 100-second cameo inFalcon and the Winter Soldierfor which he earned himself an Emmy nomination.
11Untitled Wakanda Series
Chadwick Boseman’s tragic demise now indicates that there won’t be any new T’Challa stories in the MCU. However. Marvel hopes to foster the world of Black Panther on the big and small screen. Soon afterBlack Panther‘s second installment hits theatres, the studio plans to produce a Wakanda spinoff series. While the details of this project are under wraps, this show holds great potential for some exceptional Wakandan stories
12Okoye Spinoff
Danai Gurira as Okoye in the MCU has been phenomenal. Well, that’s what the producers say. Not only will she be returning to the franchise as Okoye, general of the Dora Milaje in theBlack Panthersequel, Danai Gurira will also star in an origin spinoff series for Disney+. The general of Dora Milaje clearly had a romantic relationship with W’Kabi inBlack Panther. The spinoff holds great potential to explore her past.
13Echo Spinoff
Echo is a prominent character that will make her first appearance in theHawkeyeseries. Although she’s not the prime character there, Maya Lopez aka Echo is a deaf character who is described as an Olympic-level athlete and a deadly warrior. In the comics, Echo takes over Clint Barton’s mantle of Ronin. So while Kate is set to become Hawkeye, Maya would possibly become Ronin, thus giving Clint two successors.
