Sue Storm is one of the most popular female characters in Marvel, and everyone is excited to find out who the lucky actress will be. In the 2005Fantastic Fourfilm, the Invisible Woman portrayed by Jessica Alba.
Grace Randolph, a popular entertainment insider, revealed that one of the strongest contenders for the role isVanessa Kirby. The award-winning Emmy-nominated star is known for her roles inThe CrownandFast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw.
The insider also revealed that Kirby is Marvel Studios’ top choice, although they remain undecided. There are three more actresses in the queue: Mila Kunis, Allison Williams, and Jodie Comer.

Reports on Sue Storm’s casting came out afterAdam Driveris reportedly eyed to play Reed Richards, the husband of Sue Storm and leader of the pack. The search for the cast commenced in February this year, and Marvel Studios reportedly planned to cast Sue Storm first before the rest of the gang, including Johnny Storm/Human Torch and Ben Grimm/The Thing. There have been reports, as well, that the reboot movie will feature Galactus and Silver Surfer.
With Driver almost closing a deal and Kirby leading the race, it will only be a matter of time before they find actors for the rest of the team. As the main duo of theFantastic Four, Richards and Storm require actors who can perfectly embody their characteristics and, at the same time, display chemistry on screen.
