Celestial Surge is a Catalyst-type Horadric spell introduced in Diablo 4 Season 9. This spell awakens an Oraclar Rune that pulls in all surrounding enemies into a cluster. Once they’re all together, a barrage of stars then randomly strikes the area 20 times for 15,662 damage each. With only a 15-second cooldown, you can do some real damage with this spell.

How To Get Celestial Surge in Diablo 4 Season 9
The Celestial Surge Horadric spell is a Tier 1 reward on the Horadric Focus board in the game. Therefore, to unlock the spell, you need to claim it from the Tier 1 section of the board. The Horadric Focus is part of the seasonal content for Season 9; therefore, you’ll have to meet a few conditions before you’re able to access it:
Once you have access to the board, you can unlock the Tier 1 reward by using Horadric Knowledge. You gain Horadric Knowledge by completing Horadric Strongrooms and Nightmare Dungeons. Farm these dungeons, and you’ll have the necessary Horadric Knowledge in no time, which you can then use to unlock the Celestial Surge.
