Marvel Rivals has introduced a new Mood customization system, which can be placed on the Nameplate. Here’s how to do it.
Marvel Rivals developers introduced a brand newMoodsystem to make customization even more fun in the game. Now, it’s not just aboutNameplatesandTitles. Players can put Mood stickers on their Nameplates to show how they feel during an ongoing victory streak or how fed up their seventh defeat in a row is making them. But how do you apply and change Mood stickers in Marvel Rivals? Let’s jump right into this short guide without wasting much time.
Applying and Changing Mood in Marvel Rivals
Season 2.5 update in Marvel Rivals came out on August 11, 2025. It brought several cosmetic, content, and balance changes to the game. One of the small new features that it introduced was the Mood customization. Players can buy “mood packs” in the Store or unlock them in the newCombat Chestfor free and apply them to their Nameplates.
To apply, all you have to do is visit theCareer Overviewby selecting yourProfilein the top right section of the Home Screen. Once there, click on theMoodoption right beside your Nameplate in the middle (above your career stats). It will lead you to a new window where you may select a Mood from the stickers present on the left side of the screen. If you don’t already own that pack, click on Acquire in the bottom right section to buy/unlock it. You can also check thepreviewon the Nameplate, Friends, and Career Profile sections before buying or applying the sticker.
If you already have a pack unlocked and wish tochange the existing moodon your Nameplate, the steps may differ. This time, you can head to theCustomizetab in the Career section using the scrolling feature on top. Once here, you can change your Nameplate, Title, and Mood. All the owned customization options will be available here, along with the ones that can be unlocked or are behind a paywall. Simply select and apply after acquiring the new mood, and it will be changed everywhere on your Nameplate.
At the time of writing, this system is new to the game. So, further down the line, we might get new mood stickers if the feedback on them is received well.
