Bautista has shared that he doesn’t want to follow in The Rock’s footsteps and create his name as an actor who is capable of different roles. Despite that, the actor clarified that he doesn’t hate theBlack Adamactor and praised him.

At a time when pro wrestlers were trying to shift in Hollywood and significantly failing including the likes of Hulk Hogan, The Rock managed to break that curse and became one of the biggest movie stars in the industry. Even though Bautista might hate the rock as an actor but he doesn’t hate the person and utterly respects him.

He went on to explain that the Rock has always encapsulated the aura of a movie star even before he was in the movie industry. Bautista’s statement is understandable considering the Rock’s electrifying persona and charm which ruled the attitude era in WWE and became one of the biggest names in wrestling. Whereas Bautista is more inclined towards taking his legacy as more of an accomplished actor by challenging himself with more diverse and difficult roles.
