Brad Pitt Is Done Using Booze and Netflix to Escape His Problems
Speaking withCNN, Brad Pitt got candid while opening up about some of the most difficult chapters of his life, as he recalled resorting to booze and Netflix to avoid his horrors. However, the actor eventually took things into his own hands and was done running from his difficult feelings, as he decided to get through the rough nights by himself.
“What I realized is that I was running to avoid tough feelings, painful feelings.I just didn’t know how to deal with them. Anything I found that I used for escape,”Pitt said.“Those kinds of em… those kinds of difficult feelings, I don’t know how better to describe it. It can be anything, drugs, booze, Netflix, snacks. Anything. I don’t want at this point to be running from anything,”

It helped Pitt to find peace within himself, as the actor expressed that he came out the other side with a profound understanding of himself“and a greater gratefulness of those in your life”.

Brad Pitt Doesn’t Want to Run Away From Aging
Aside from learning to face his emotions,Brad Pittonce expressed that he doesn’t plan on running away from aging and would love to see“our culture embracing it a bit more“. In an interview withVogue, the actor further explained,
“I don’t want to be running from aging. It’s a concept we can’t escape… I grew up with a country mentality, kind of you know, Dial Soap once a day and then move on. And I think that we’re learning that if we love ourselves, if we treat ourselves a little better, then there are long lasting benefits to that. So just age healthy, age in a healthy manner.”

While Pitt seems to have bounced back from the lowest episodes in his life, things haven’t been smooth with Jolie as back in June, they found themselves in another legal battle over their winery.
