During an interview with Screenrant, Alan Ng was asked whether he has any insights or lessons from his collaborations withJackie Chanand how he influenced his work on projects like Expendables. In response, Alan Ng expressed his ongoing learning experience from Jackie Chan, even after 15 years of collaboration. Chan, a legendary figure with vast experience, particularly in Hollywood and Asia, continues to impart wisdom and insights to Ng.

“I have learned so many things from Jackie even now, after 15 years of working with Jackie, I’m still learning. He is a legend, and he has so much experience. Having previously worked a lot in Hollywood, he knows how different it is to Asia.”

Alan Ng described his inclusion in Jackie Chan’s stunt team as a dream come true, although he reminisced about the simpler days when he was solely a stunt performer without the added responsibilities of being an action director or stunt coordinator.

“Then this morning I did hear – the office called – Sly [Stallone] wants me for Expendables 4. I said, ‘Okay.’ Because they already asked me to be in two and three, but I refused. Well, I didn’t refuse, but I said, ‘Sly, can’t we just do you and me? Not just a bunch of people and me only coming out for five minutes.’ Because then the audience is, ‘Oh!’ And then I’m gone.”

During the interview, the martial artist disclosed that he had received multiple offers to join the franchise.The Expendables 4will hit the theaters on September 22.
