“I’m going to be honest. Well, I was sleeping with the director so I had CliffsNotes. So five? Or a four. But if anybody needs any tips on understanding their films, you know what to do.”

Although she did not understand much of the script, Lawrence had cliff notes which she got from the director, as she was sleeping with him. Moreover, she added that if someone does not know what to do during a similar situation,“You know what to do”. Mother!was a box office disaster with the movie only running for $44.5 million at the box office after its release worldwide with a budget of $30 million.
