Dwayne Johnson Reflects on Mistreatment He Faced Early in His Career
Dwayne Johnsonalso shared his sources of inspiration in acting. He started with Harrison Ford (particularly admiring his portrayal of Indiana Jones). He loved how the character was a tough action hero yet had charm and appreciated women.
TheBlack Adamactor got candid about being kind and faced mistreatment early in his career. He believes being nice is the simplest thing, way better than being mean. Johnson said in the same interview,
“I remember when I met a few people when I came to Hollywood, I won’t mention their names, there’s no need to, but I met them.”
He continued:
“I was so excited. I was like, Oh! Hey, Good to meet you,’ and then I kind of got blown off, they were like, ‘Get the Fuk Outta here. That sht is real!”
