The first trailer forThe Boysseason 4 has been released, giving us a glimpse of the chaos ahead. Also, it has shown how, much to the delight of Homelander, the world is being politically torn apart. This clip by Prime Video does not give a solid release date, just putting it as “coming soon” in 2024.
It can be seen in the trailer that Homelander is the central point in the series and much of the focus will be on the battle between Starlight and Homelander.

Homelander’s Sinister Plan inThe Boys 4

And, as we could see Victoria Neuman and Homelander (Anthony Starr) fighting for the Oval Office, fans notice how Susan Heyward’s Sister Sage is telling Homelander to let the people tear themselves apart over the supe war.
“Rome, Greece, all democracies fail. Because people are f—n’ stupid. But if you crush the masses, who builds your monuments, whose tongues your taint? No, the people will tear apart themselves,” Sister Sage says to Homelander in the trailer.
It was planned in such a way that Homelander could come save the day and become the hero.
“You just gotta nudge them a little. Then you get to swoop in and be the one saving it… Like Caesar,” Sister Sage adds.
“Like Caesar?”Homelander asks.
“Like Caesar,” Sage replies. We then see a load of action.
