Gojo Satoru, one of the most talked about characters ofJujutsu Kaisenhas been trending for quite a few days on the Internet right now. He has been one of the favorite characters of the entireJujutsu Kaisenfanbase and one of the strongest characters in the series. His power levels are incomparable and his strength rivals that of the King of Curses Sukuna. However, Satoru is just another human being. And just like normal humans, Satoru has some usual hobbies and necessities. He also has a favorite food, a favorite drink, and even a favorite anime series.
There have been instances in the series where other animes have been mentioned, like Naruto and Dragon Ball. But Gojo has been secretly obsessed with Digimon and it has been even shown in the series.

Gojo Satoru Loves Digimon
Digimon is a Japanese media property that includes virtual pet toys, anime, manga, video games, films, and a trading card game. The franchise focuses on the named animals who live in a “Digital World,” a parallel realm created by Earth’s numerous communication networks. Several anime series and films, including its original anime iteration, Digimon Adventure, which was based on both video games and digital pets, have been published.
As the series is set in a real world in an alternate reality with demons, curses, and sorcerers, it is obvious that Digimon is also available in that world. And just like in our world, It is quite popular there too, and Satoru Gojo is known to have been a fan of the franchise since he was younger, particularly in high school.
Furthermore, both his Japanese and English voice actors have portrayed Digimon characters. Kaiji Tang even stated as much on his Twitter account. Not only, that Gojo has even referred to a Digimon character in the series in a conversation with Geto.

Gojo Satoru Even Made a Digimon Reference in the Series
During the opening episode ofJujutsu Kaisenseason 2, Yaga outlined the task and how the Star Plasma Vessel must reach Master Tengen alive. Master Tengen is important in the Jujutsu world since his powers are used to conceal the Jujutsu schools and maintain the barrier. However, Master Tengen must stop himself from evolving because the evolved version may pose a threat to humanity.
When Master Tengen’s evolution was explained, Satoru Gojo remarked that it reminded him of a scene from the Digimon Adventure anime in which Taichi Yagami, the “leader” of the first DigiDestined, forced Greymon to Digivolve to Ultimate and instead of MetalGreymon, he got a corrupt Digivolution into SkullGreymon, who became their enemy. It was the perfect example to understand the mission assigned to Geto Suguru and Gojo Satoru inJujutsu Kaisenseason 2.
