Guy Ritchie is Re-teaming With Henry Cavill for Upcoming Movie
Witnessing major success for his action flicks, Guy Ritchie is again planning to return with another action-packed movie featuring Hollywood A-listers. Previously working with most of the acclaimed actors in Tinseltown, Ritchie seems to be re-teaming with his colleagues for his upcoming project.
The yet-to-be-titled action movie is said to feature a star-studded cast includingHenry Cavill, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Eiza González. As per reports ofDeadline, the filmmaker will be producing the movie alongside Ivan Atkinson and John Friedberg, who worked with him onThe Covenant, featuring Gyllenhaal.

But for his upcoming project,Guy Ritchieseems to have already struck a lucrative deal with Lionsgate movie studio. According to reports, the studio had previously picked up domestic rights to Ritchie’s upcoming World War II movieThe Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare,set to release in 2024. And now, Lionsgate seems to be up for Ritchie’s upcoming unnamed film.

Lionsgate Strikes Lucrative Deal for Another John Wick-Like Franchise
As perDeadline, principal photography for Guy Ritchie’s upcoming unnamed project wraps in Spain this week. Following that, Lionsgate seems to have made its power move and landed the domestic distribution rights to the director’s next project featuring Henry Cavill andJake Gyllenhaal.
“We are thrilled to once again be partnering with the entire Lionsgate team, whose passion and ambition for the film are very clear. We are excited to extend and build on our relationship with Joe, Adam, Nathan, and Charlotte to bring the film to audiences across the US.” Ritchie shared.

Expressing his excitement to collaborate with Lionsgate, Guy Ritchie issued the statement which was shared by the news outlet. Further, even Charlotte Koh, EVP, of Lionsgate Acquisitions and Co-Productions, commented on the deal they struck with Ritchie.
“We are very lucky to be working again with Guy, whose filmmaking transcends the action genre with its signature wit and irreverence. Combined with the unparalleled talents of Jake, Henry, and Eiza, this fast-paced, original action film promises to thrill, surprise, and delight.”
While both parties have commented on the deal, further information is yet to be shared about the upcoming unnamed film. The actors involved in Ritchie’s film also appear to be busy with their other projects.
