Today, Disney released posters for the new Marvel lands that will arrive at Disney parks in the next couple of years. This includes Disney’s California Adventure at Disneyland, and Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris, and Hong Kong Disneyland.

The Marvel-themed land at Disneyland was announced at D23 Expo in 2017, just a few months after Guardians of the Galaxy-Mission: BREAKOUT! debuted at Disney’s California Adventure. It was speculated that a Spider-Man ride would be present at the park, and Disneyland’s poster has him front and center.

According to Disney:

“Beginning in 2020, guests will be able to immerse themselves in the Super Hero universe at Disneyland Resort, as the evolution of Disney California Adventure park continues. The Guardians of the Galaxy, Spider-Man and the Avengers will assemble in the new land, which will be anchored by the popularGuardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!, in the adjacent space currently occupied by “a bug’s land.”It’s Tough to Be a Bugclosed March 19 to make way for the new experience; the rest of the land will close in late summer.”

In Disneyland Paris, the Marvel expansion was announced a few weeks ago, alongside other enhancements to the park like a Frozen land, and a smaller-scale version of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. The Rockn’ Rollercoaster ride will make way for an Iron Man themed coaster.

The expansion at Hong Kong Disneyland is already taking place, which includes a popular Iron Man experience. This park will feature an Ant-Man and Wasp themed attraction which will have them fight Admin Zola and the forces of Hydra.

Walt Disney World will get a Marvel attraction of its own; a family friendly Guardians of the Galaxy roller coaster at EPCOT, but other Marvel attractions don’t appear to be in WDW’s future due to Universal’s Marvel agreement, which grants them exclusive theme park rights within a 60 mile radius.

Regardless, it seems Disney is finally taking advantage of the Marvel brand at Disney parks.
