They’re looking for an actor to replace Daniel Craig for future 007 movies. I think my grandson, Miles Teller, has proven that he has everything they’re looking for- talent, looks, strength, worldwide appeal & oh, so cool. He can be that guy!! Wouldn’t he be great?

However, there has been a strong resistance to the idea. Though many acknowledge Teller is a talented actor, users likePeter Kostovreminded Flowers that “[h]e is remarkable. But he is not British, and that’s hard to cover.”

In response, some users pointed out that plenty of American roles are often played by British actors. For instance, one responded to the worry that Teller isn’t British by asking “[i]s the Spider-Man actor from New York? Nobody cares where the actors are from as long as they are entertaining”.
