Mortal Kombat 1recently unveiled the first Kombat Pack, which will include the six DLC characters, Omni-Man, Homelander, Quan Chi, Ermac, Takeda, and Peacemaker. However, those expecting to see these characters show up in theMortal Kombat 1beta are set to be sorely disappointed. In addition to the August 18-21 post, theMortal KombatTwitter account also included what will be involved when it comes to fighters, kameos, and stages. Liu, Kang, Sub-Zero, Kenshi, Kitana, Johnny Cage, and Li Mei will be the fighters. The Kameos will include Kano, Sonya, Jax, and Frost. And the stages will be The Teahouse and Johnny Cage’s Mansion.
TheMortal Kombat 1beta is going to be only a small portion of what is to come for the full title. There are several other characters who will not be shown prior to the official release. If you are one of the gamers excited about the nextMortal Kombat 1beta and potentially purchasing the game, you should consider pre-ordering to acquire Shang Tsing as an additional fighter.

What Else is Happening in the Mortal Kombat World?
If it is not an officialMortal Kombat 1post or trailer, it is likely a reliable leak that will eventually become a major announcement. Outside of theMortal Kombat 1beta world, there has also been rumors six more DLC characters are coming to Kombat Pack 2. These fighters include: Noob Saibot, Harley Quinn, Deathstroke, Kano, Sareena, and Doomslayer.
If this is true, it will provide for another exciting set of characters to make a crossover appearance in theMortal Kombatuniverse. It would not be surprising to see Harley Quinn and Deathstroke show up inMortal Kombat 1, given the fact NetherRealm Studios has used them in the past forInjusticeand appears to have a strong relationship with DC.

Mortal Kombat 1is set to be a complete continuity overhaul and reboot of the franchise. Since fans have been excited to see how new character biographies play out in this upcoming game, theMortal Kombat 1beta will hopefully provide more insight into the upcoming story. Earlier this week, it was also revealed that the title will be similar in length toMortal Kombat XandMortal Kombat 11. This means the base game is expected to be roughly about 5 to 6 hours in story length. Since the overall narrative will be fairly short, gamers should not expect too much out of theMortal Kombat 1beta. But it is still possible players will see hints of what is to come.
