In an Instagram post, show creator Matt Owens hinted that once the strike ends, they will try their best to get James Lee Curtis on the board in One Piece Live Action.

She has been aOnePiecefan for a long time and would be glad to join the show. In an Instagram post, she clearly stated that she would try to speak to the Netflix executives about the role once the writer strike is over.

She wrote in the caption of her Instagrampost,“Once the strike against the greed of the AMTPT is settled with a fair contract, I will lobby along with the growing fan frenzy to become Doctor Kureha in [One Piece].”To this, a popular Showrunner commented under thepost,“Mommy dearest, that’s why we sent you that figure! No need to lobby. Once we get what we deserve and get back to work, let’s talk!”

Fans eagerly await confirmation, as they cannot wait to see Jamie Lee Curtis as Dr. Kureha in the upcoming seasons ofOne Piecelive-action.
