Joking about how the knowledge traumatized him, and led him to find therapy, the actor began detailing his diet with all seriousness.

Dwayne Johnson Learnt A Lot From His Father
Seems like the correct time to disclose to people who wish to achieve blockbuster muscles like Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson; it wasn’t achieved in a month. There is no easy and quick way to fitness. Even for the wrestling champion, Johnson, the process started quite early. Sitting for an interview withMen’s Health, theBlack Adamactor revealed his diet plan.
While diving into the detail of his diet plan, the actor recalled how he learned most things from his father who was a pro wrestling champion. “I’m a real creature of habit. When it comes to my diet, I usually eat the same thing every day.” Johnson began detailing his diet. Getting further into the discussion, he mentioned how he picked the discipline of eating the same thing over and over from his father.

“It’s extremely disciplined, and that’s something I picked up from my old man, who was a hardcore gym fanatic” Dwayne Johnson stated.
Speaking about his father, Rocky Johnson, and his achievements with pride,The Mummy Returnsactor mentioned learning about diet at the age of five. “He taught me very early on, not to eat to please the tongue, but to eat to nourish the body.” Johnson discussed what he learned. Further adding, “He taught me that when I was 5. Probably why I need therapy” Johnson joked with a straight face.

Dwayne Johnson Disclosed His Strict Diet
Discussing what he eats to keep his solid muscles intact,Dwayne Johnsonmentioned expanding his protein variation. “Well, I eat six meals a day” the actor mentioned. Beginning with his breakfast, Johnson revealed, “Breakfast consists of eggs, a meat like bison, a complex carb like oatmeal, and fruit, usually either papaya or blueberries.”
“My second meal, around 10:00 A.m., usually consists of a chicken breast, a complex carb like rice, and some greens. And dinner is fish or chicken, a complex carb like sweet potatoes, and some greens.” Johnson shared.

Mentioning how he keeps track of macro counting, the former wrestler stated, “I do see results quickly when we adjust the macros.” Later adding to his statement, Dwayne Johnson shared, “We’ve got it down to a science where we fine-tune the macros and I never feel hungry.” Further, breaking down the two pillars of training and dieting, the actor discussed what keeps him strong and well-built.
“Training and dieting down for a goal requires discipline, and you can often feel hungry.” Johnson shared. Practically famous for his once-a-week cheat meals, The Rock previously posted his plate of fries, two bacon cheeseburgers, and a glass of tequila, on social media.
