And for her exceptional work, the actress was deservedly rewarded, earning her first and only Academy Award nom for Best Actress.

From working long hours to suffering mini-seizures, crafting the erotic thriller took a heavy toll on theTotal Recallstar. However, the situation aggravated after everyone on set refused to take her word, eventually leading to the actress being hospitalized.
“I was clearly having some mini seizures when I was doing Basic Instinct. I used to tell people I was having them, and nobody would believe me.”Stone recounted.
