Based off everything we know, Hailey in The First Descendant seems like a ranged damage option that will pair well with utilizing powerful weapons. Unlike Viessa, she seems to want to use weapons in combat instead of just skill spamming. Using her skills to buff her skills and weapons as well as deal massive burst damage. However, without knowing how well she scales she could be a niche character and get minimal usage due to Viessa’s popularity and already having an ultimate version available. Also it seems that from theDev Notes, her Transcendent Modules, a key aspect in every end-game build, won’t be released until later in the season.
