Renner has been active on social media, sharing first-hand information on his journey to recovery keeping the fans informed, and thanking the wishes. He recently posted a video of himself on an Anti-Gravity treadmill to hasten his recovery at physiotherapy sessions.

What is an Anti-Gravity Treadmill?

Recent news confirms that he is committed to this long road to recovery. Jeremy Renner just posted a video on social media of him on an Anti-Gravity treadmill costing a whopping $75,000.
Also known as the AlterG anti-gravity treadmill, the machine has cutting-edge technology patented by NASA that helps the Military, Professional Sports teams, and orthopedic and neurological patients with injuries. The transparent cockpit or air chamber enables the user to decrease the sense of weight from the waist below.
Users can also control the amount of body weight they want to minimize. This helps patients in their recovery period to speed up the process by improving neuro-muscular control and aids in avoiding a sedentary lifestyle. This also helps medical professionals track and make changes in the motor functions of the limbs.

Jeremy Renner’s Snowplow accident and recovery.
Jeremy Rennercame across a snowplow accident on 31st December in Reno, Nevada. Renner used a 7-ton snowplow to tow his adult nephew, Alexander Freeze’s truck stuck under heavy snow caused by a heavy snowstorm earlier.
As Freeze cut the tow cable, the snowplow started sliding, as Renner did not set the emergency brake. As this happened the machine was heading toward Freeze, this was when Renner decided to divert the huge machine, he attempted to jump back inside the snowplow.
Unfortunately, the actor was crushed under the left side of the Pistenbully and suffered multiple injuries, and lost a lot of blood. After which Jeremy Renner was airlifted to Nevada hospital and he stayed there for 2 weeks as he underwent 2 surgeries.

A 9-1-1 call audio recording shares a description of the disturbing event by an anonymous caller:“[…]His ribs look like they might be crushed, he’s got a head wound as well[…]”
“[…] Yeah there’s a lot of blood over here so you need to get someone immediately”
On the 16th of January 2023, Renner was discharged from the hospital. to get back to the fitness that action star Jeremy Renner displays on the screen, he is putting in intense amounts of effort.
By using technology like the anti-gravity treadmill and electric muscle simulator to recover, Renner intends to get back into shape, and resume his active lifestyle and physically demanding profession. His family supports him on this journey so that he can be back in action soon enough as they are scene with him in the hospital.
